CUISINE CONCEPTS WINE BRIQUE CLAY WINE CHILLER-NO BOTTOM COASTER. EXCELLENT CONDITION. NO CHIPS, CRACKS, OR STAINS. NO WATER MARKS, SO I DON'T BELIEVE THIS WAS USED AS A WINE CHILLER. MEASURES 10 1/4" TALL AND 5" WIDE. To use a wine brique, you can follow these steps: Chill : Place the wine brique in the freezer for about 20 minutes before use. Fill with water : Fill the brique with cold water for about 10 minutes to allow the clay to absorb it. Empty : Empty out the remaining water. Add wine : Place a pre-chilled bottle of wine in the brique. The wine brique will keep the wine chilled for several hours. You can also place the cooler in cold water for an hour before use to keep the wine cool for even longer. Here are some additional tips for using a wine brique: Place the wine brique on a waterproof coaster or dish to protect your table from moisture. Leave a few inches of air on each side of the wine cooler so it can get rid of heat. When not in use, you can use the wine brique as a floral vase or utensil holder.
