Description

This lovely cup and saucer belonged to my Grandmother. I'm not positive of the age, but it's similar to other Rosenthal art nouveau pieces of that time. Painted in an almost watercolor style with a blue border and sprigs of small pink flowers; edged in gold. There's a faint mark in gold on the saucer that may have been the artist's signature, but I'm not sure. Both pieces are in excellent condition. There are no cracks, chips, or crazing. The gold shows a little loss. Marked : Rosenthal, Bavaria Measurements : The saucer is 5.5" in diameter. The footed cup is almost 2.5" high and 3.75" from rim to rim. Questions? Please ask!
