This beautiful tea set from Rosenthal, Germany features a stunning black ground accented with and gold painting and rose design, perfect for adding a touch of elegance to any tea time. The set includes a teapot, creamer, sugar bowl, 2 cups, and 2 saucers, all made from high-quality porcelain materials. Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, making this tea set a true work of art. The teapot measures 7.5" to the tip of the finial (6 3/4" tall without the lid) and 7" wide from handle to spout. The creamer is 3 3/4" tall to the tip of the handle by 3 3/4" wide from handle to spout. The sugar bowl measures 3" high to the tip of the finial (1 7/8" tall without the lid). The cups are 1 3/4" tall by 2 3/4" wide (they are like demitasse cups); the saucers measure 4.5" wide. All pieces are in pretty good vintage condition, free of chips, cracks or repairs. As shown on the last photo, the gold on the inside of one of the cups is tarnished.
